This tiny neighborhood spot started out as a coffeehouse, but now it keeps bar hours and has become a venue for emerging musicians to cut their teeth. Musicians are paid by pass-the-hat, and the drinks are cheap. If you're hungry a no-fail menu of bacon and eggs, hummus, veggie burger, and a few more items is offered with nothing over $5.
