We stopped at Bangers and Lace on a Friday at 5pm, and easily found seats at the bar. There are about 20 'boutique' beers on tap at Bangers; wine lovers are left with 2 choices (red/white). We started with the Weihen Dunkelweisse .. followed by the sampler flight Six Pack (a deal at $9). Next, a Mikkel Our Side (excellent), and a Konig Pilsener, which is a great session beer. The food menu features several sausage options, hence the Bangers in the name. We sampled the Sheboygan Brat ($9) and the Fries with Dip ($4) - both were very good. - wm, 03/06/2011
