I ordered a stuffed sausage pizza from Sicilia's at 7pm. The pizza showed up at 9pm ice cold. We called them and had to argue with them to actually get them to send us a warm pizza that didn't taste like a stale cracker. It is now 9:42 and we tried to call again and all the guy on the phone could say was 'the driver left a half hour ago'. We live 2 miles from Sicilia's. This is ridiculous. The pizza we got was awful, and we're still waiting for a warm one 3 hours later. - Kris, 09/24/2006
