Let's see where one should begin: I've been a patron at the phoenix landing for some years, at least 5 - 6. It's a small place with fun music and some great bartenders. The people who go there range in age and it’s quite eclectic. I recently though went there and was extremely disappointed. The new bouncer is stiff, has no people skills and was really not representing the place like it used to be by other bouncers in the past. Another staff member inside the club was a big man with a small actual head and a huge ego that was bruised apparently. Honestly when going there in the past one would feel safe because a bouncer or two would be around and help the patrons out, this time I felt oddly scared of the staff. The manager seemed nice, some young girl but



the place has really gone down hill. I’m hoping that the next time I go there I see some changes, and new faces. - changes are not always the best!, 07/28/2006
