Overrated! Although there were several reviews on the web that gave Ginza a good review, my experience was to the contrary. The server was very unfriendly and the sushi is far from nice. The salmon sushi that we had was not well made and they fell apart immediately upon contact of our chopsticks (and we have been using chopsticks all our lives). The price is also too high for the quality they served. - sushilover, 03/19/2005
