A visit to Bridgeman's would be worth it for the food alone -- but the comfort and elegance of the dining room is a pleasure all its own. The service is unhurried, impeccable, and pleasant. There is no long wait between courses - just the expected time for food prepared to order. Surely there is no fast food at Bridgeman's -- it is a place to relax, savor, and dine in peace. One of my favorite entrees is perfectly seared scallops with risotto. The menu is varied -- as suits Northern Italian food. The house salad is crisp, well-dressed, and a welcome addition to the entree of your choice. The desserts -- I leave to your choice!
